Este armonioso champagne revela suaves matices de madera, presentando una notable complejidad. Su elegancia se ve acentuada por una sensación crujiente, realzada por un ataque fresco y una acidez equilibrada. La fruta vibrante baila en armonía con una frescura casi tangible, mientras que su color rosado es cautivador y radiante. El aroma desprende la presencia de frutos rojos, principalmente cerezas. Los taninos aterciopelados aportan una estructura refinada, realzada por el batonnage de lías.
Más de 50 ánforas desempeñan un papel crucial en la elaboración del vino y la maduración de este notable Dame-Jane. Los famosos turries (recipientes de mediana capacidad fabricados exclusivamente de piedra arenisca) se utilizan aquí para salvaguardar el tesoro del dominio. Este vino se vinifica íntegramente en ánforas y se envejece durante al menos tres años sobre mentiras.
