Vinificación del Vino Quinta das Bageiras Garrafeira Blanco: las uvas del vino Quinta das Bágeiras son garrafeiras blancas, con más de 75 años. Se vinifica de bica abierta, siendo la mayoría colocada en pequeños decantadores de 1 m³, donde permanece entre 24 a 36 horas para hacer la decantación mediante la utilización natural. Al final de este proceso, o más, se transfiere a toneles antiguos de madera, de 2500l, donde ya se han realizado varias fermentaciones. Se embotella sin ningún tipo de filtro o clarificación (proceso de clarificación, que puede arrastrar proteínas) y no siempre en el mismo mes, ya que se deja que el propio vino decida cuándo está listo para embotellar.
