Vinificación del Vino Quinta da Terrugem T Tinto: todas las variedades se vinifican por separado en acero inoxidable con temperatura controlada. Tras la fermentación, el vino pasa 18 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés de 225 litros. Se realiza una selección cuidadosa para elaborar el lote final del vino.
