Vinificación del Vino Cottas Reserva Blanco 2017: Las uvas se cosechan manualmente y se transportan en cajas de 25 kg, se seleccionan, despalillan y prensan a la entrada de la bodega. Tras una decantación estática del mosto a baja temperatura durante un período de aproximadamente 24 horas, el mosto clarificado se envía a cubas de acero inoxidable donde se inicia y realiza la primera parte de la fermentación, momento en el que se transfiere a barricas de roble francés donde termina la fermentación alcohólica y donde se realiza un período de "battonnage" de aproximadamente 7 meses sobre lías totales.
