Vinificación del Vino Tinto Bafarela Grande Reserva 18 Litros: cuidadosa selección de uvas en viñedo. Se completó el despalillado y se controló el estrujado. Tuvo contacto con la piel prefermentativa a bajas temperaturas durante 48 horas. La fermentación se realizó en depósitos de acero inoxidable a temperatura controlada y se continuó con una maceración con extracción moderada durante un período de más de 40 días. En depósitos nuevos de acero inoxidable, el vino realizó la fermentación maloláctica e inmediatamente pasó a barricas de roble francés (500 litros) donde envejeció durante 12 meses.

En boca tiene buena amplitud y precisión, seductor, con fruta evidente muy centrada en lo floral, tiene buena estructura con taninos densos pero finos.
