Oak Gin se elabora tomando la ginebra original de Eden Mill y madurándola en barriles de cerveza de roble. El resultado es una rica ginebra con especias de roble, notas de caramelo, vainilla y un toque de chocolate. Ciertamente tiene un toque de fuego, ya que tiene un 42% ABV. En nariz, encontrarás especias de roble junto con vainilla dulce que recuerda un poco al whisky. En boca está lleno de vainilla cálida, especias, miel y frutas especiadas. El final es rico y suave, con canela y caramelo, junto con algo de dulzura.
