Además de su notoriedad en la producción de vinos del Alentejo, Adega de Borba tiene una gran tradición en la producción de brandies, utilizando y seleccionando las mejores masas de vino de las variedades tintas tradicionales de la región de Borba. Las masas de vino seleccionadas para este destilado son el resultado del prensado de uvas fermentadas que dan origen a vinos elaborados en almazaras de acero inoxidable. Las masas son destiladas en vasijas de cobre en nuestra propia destilería, siguiendo estrictamente las temperaturas y tiempos de destilación con precisión, garantizando una excelente calidad y genuinidad en los diferentes alcoholes que componen el aguardiente. Envejecido durante 10 años en barricas de roble francés de limosina, demuestra excelentes características de color, estructura y finura aromática: vivo color dorado. Aroma intenso, complejo, fino y aterciopelado a almendras y frutos pasas.
