Vinificación del Aguardente Adega Velha 12 Años XO: las uvas, seleccionadas por su alta acidez y bajo contenido en azúcar, dan origen a un vino ligero y equilibrado. Posteriormente el vino es sometido a dos lentas y cuidadosas destilaciones en un alambique Charentais, traído de la Región de Cognac, en Francia. Luego del proceso de destilación, el Aguardente es sometido a una crianza en barricas de roble francés, de la región de Limousin, teniendo el lote final una edad media de envejecimiento de 12 años.

Textura densa y aterciopelada, expresa gran riqueza aromática en un final intenso y prolongado.
Muy rico y complejo, destacando los aromas de bayas y frutos secos, rodeado de una delicada sensación de aroma y retrogusto a madera noble.
