Sipsmith V.J.O.P (Very Junipery Over Proof) es un gin hecho para los verdaderos amantes de enebro. Con un 57,7% de contenido alcohólico, este gin utiliza el doble de bayas de enebro en comparación con el tradicional London Dry Gin de Sipsmith y pasa por un proceso de infusión triple de enebro. El aroma está dominado por notas intensas de enebro, pino y cedro, con un toque de naranja. En el paladar, el gin es robusto y picante, con capas de enebro y notas sutiles de chocolate amargo. El final es largo y seco, destacando el sabor del enebro.
