Establecida en la isla de Madeira en 1870, Justino's Madeira Wines, S.A. se destaca como uno de los fabricantes de vino más antiguos de la región. Manteniendo viva la tradición de la vinificación, el envejecimiento en barricas de madera y la transmisión de conocimientos de generación en generación, el Justinos Colheita Malvasia 1997 fue elaborado a partir de las prestigiosas uvas de la variedad Malvasia, cosechadas y cuidadosamente seleccionadas entre varios productores del norte de la isla de Madeira. El proceso de vinificación se llevó a cabo con atención meticulosa, resultando en un excelente ejemplar de la armonía entre la variedad y el terroir. El vino es perfecto para ser apreciado con chocolate negro, petit fours, pralinés, postres y quesos de sabor pronunciado.
