De Quinta S. João Batista nos llega este Cabeça de Toiro Reserva Privada, un vino de carácter excepcional, elaborado con la variedad de uva Alicante Bouschet. Elaborado a partir de uvas recolectadas manualmente durante las primeras horas del día, se vinificó en contacto continuo con los hollejos. Crianza de 12 meses en barricas de roble francés, dando como resultado un vino complejo, con cuerpo, con matices de chocolate, tabaco y especias, que presenta un final armonioso y prolongado.
