Vinificación del Vino de Madeira Blandys 10 Años Bual: fermentado con levaduras naturales a una temperatura de 18 a 21ºC en depósitos de acero inoxidable con temperatura controlada. Aproximadamente después de 3 días se realiza la fortificación con alcohol vínico (96% v/v), con el fin de conservar el contenido de azúcar natural deseado.Etapa: Blandys Bual 10 años envejece durante 10 años en barricas de roble americano según el proceso Canteiro tradicional.
Limpio y cristalino, color ámbar con reflejos dorados.
Ramo de frutos secos, como higos y ciruelas, con notas de almendras y madera, sutilmente completado por toffe y vainilla.
Nariz compleja, gran intensidad aromática.
