Descripción
Color leonado con un halo amarillo que indica un avanzado estado de madurez. Éste es el color genuino de un vino envejecido 20 años en barrica. Tiene un color rojo cálido con un ligero tinte anaranjado en el fondo del vaso. Un aroma vivo con una textura aterciopelada. Aromas frutales: pomelo, albaricoque, almendra, avellana y cacao. Aromas amaderados: vainilla, barricas viejas de vino de Oporto y fenol. Aromas torrefactos: canela, caramelo, café. Aromas etéreos: estearina y yodo. Suave y seco en boca, complementado con una rica y generosa persistencia de sabor. Un ataque fino y delicioso. La elegancia del primer contacto con el paladar se mantiene a través de una compleja secuencia de frutas y frutos secos maduros y secos en una armonía fresca y regaliz.
