Naranja dulce y limón en nariz, brillante y vivo. Casi cristalizado. Toque de resina y abeto en el acabado, un poco de madera. En boca tiene muchas notas inmediatamente reconocibles como ginebra Herno. El sabor es un poco picante, un poco cítrico, con toques de bayas y canela mantecosa. En el paso de boca es donde empiezan a tomar cuerpo las notas de crianza de Hernö Juniper Cask Gin, tomando una forma casi inesperada: aserrín fresco, olor a madera fresca de ferretería, un poco amaderado, volviéndose resinoso y a pino con un poco de madera quemada. y cigarro.
