Vinificación y envejecimiento del Porto Quinta da Romaneira 20 Años: Las uvas fueron pisadas a pie en lagares para la extracción del mosto, seguida de maceración durante la fermentación para obtener una óptima extracción de color, taninos y aromas. Envejecido en barricas viejas de roble, con capacidad para 640 litros. Los Tawnies pasan toda su vida en barricas, hasta el momento del lote final.
