Vinificación del Porto Messias Cosecha 2012: Vino fermentado con despalillado parcial a una temperatura controlada (24-28ºC) cuando el mosto alcanza el valor de dulzura deseado, la fermentación se interrumpe mediante la adición de aguardiente (77%), envejeciendo posteriormente en madera de roble durante un período mínimo de 7 años, en los almacenes de Vila Nova de Gaia hasta ser embotellado.
