VINIFICACIÓN: La fermentación ocurre en tanques de acero inoxidable, donde las uvas maceran y se agitan con sus pieles, a temperaturas entre 16-18ºC, para producir un vino blanco con color y estructura que pueda soportar un envejecimiento prolongado en roble. La fermentación se interrumpe con la adición de aguardiente vínico, creando el vino fortificado. Un vino de alta calidad, hecho a partir de una única cosecha. Un vino de Cosecha madura en barricas de roble por períodos de tiempo que pueden variar, pero nunca menos de 7 años. Luego se embotella y vende según las exigencias del mercado.
