Vinificación del Vino Quinta das Bageiras Pai Abel Blanco: es un vino de uvas adquiridas con cerca de 15 años, a las cuales se reduce drásticamente la producción. Fue vinificado de bica abierta, siendo la mayoría colocado en pequeños decantadores de 1 m³, donde permaneció entre 24 a 36 horas para hacer la decantación mediante la utilización natural. Al final de este proceso, fermenta en barricas usadas de roble francés y compra en la región de Borgoña. Se realizó una conexión y se estancó en las barricas hasta quedar completamente límpido, de forma natural. Embotellado sin filtración ni clarificación.
