Nat Cool, naturalmente “cool and funky”, es un concepto innovador creado por Niepoort, un movimiento sindical entre varios productores con el objetivo de crear vinos ligeros y fáciles de beber. Creamos un vino, que recuerda a los vinos “turbios” del pasado, que se embotellaban muy temprano, todavía con algo de azúcar residual y en presencia de lías finas, para fermentar en botella y generar dióxido de carbono.
Presenta tonos amarillo limón con sutiles toques verdosos.
Tiene una acidez llamativa, una mousse delicada que lo hace vibrante y con algunos sabores salinos al final.
Sus aromas recuerdan a los vinos que alguna vez se produjeron en la región de Vinho Verde, con notas de levadura, cítricos, melocotón y notas herbáceas.
