Alrededor del 30% de este vino envejece durante 12 meses en barricas nuevas y viejas de roble francés. El resto se guarda en depósitos de acero inoxidable para mantener su carácter frutal combinado con la complejidad del roble procedente de los vinos en barrica. Se filtra ligeramente antes de embotellar.
Color cereza negro intenso con ribete violáceo.
En boca es vinoso y bien estructurado, con notas de cerezas maduras y chocolate negro, finalizando con una acidez bien definida y un final seco.
Salvaje y seductor en nariz, con intensos aromas de pimienta negra, especias secas y mentol.
