Complejo y elegante, el Casa Ferreirinha Antónia Adelaide Ferreira Tinto 2014 es una edición limitada de gran calidad, producido en homenaje a Doña Antónia Adelaide Ferreira. Llegadas a la bodega de la Quinta da Leda y Quinta do Seixo, tras un suave estrujado y despalillado total, las uvas fermentaron en cubas de acero inoxidable con temperatura controlada. Durante esta fermentación, se realizaron remontajes por bomba y pisado por robot, llevándose a cabo una larga maceración para conseguir una equilibrada extracción aromática y polifenólica. Se pretende con esta tecnología que los constituyentes de calidad presentes en las pieles de las uvas maduras pasen así suavemente al vino. Al final, y en el momento "exigido" por cada variedad/lote, el vino fue encubado y sus masas prensadas, siendo el vino resultante de la prensado conservado aparte del de lágrima.
