Todos nuestros vinos tienen una cuidadosa crianza en barrica durante 22 meses, manteniendo completamente separadas las diferentes fermentaciones de cada parcela individual en la que dividimos nuestros viñedos hasta la tanda final. Siempre buscamos las diferentes particularidades de cada lote, su singularidad y la forma en que se complementan. Una entrega orientada al norte mostró algunos sabores y personajes nuevos que sentimos que valía la pena "dejarlos" a su suerte. En nuestra vida hay momentos y vinos que marcan nuestra vida enológica, que a su vez forman parte de nuestro currículum. Este vino fue uno de ellos. Lo llamamos CV - Curriculum Vitae.
