Descripción
Este vino representa la primera cosecha de este viñedo debutado en 2014. Aunque pueda parecer contradictorio, en ocasiones cepas muy jóvenes pueden producir uvas con muy buena concentración de fruta, acidez y taninos. Ahora, en esta quinta edición de 2020, con las viñas ya más consolidadas, revisitamos la vivacidad y concentración de frutos negros que nos encantaron en ediciones anteriores de "Vinhas Improbáveis", pero esta vez con aún más profundidad y extensión de sabor, sin sin duda, fruto de la mayor madurez del viñedo, que ya tiene 10 años. A estos atributos se sumó una cuidadosa vinificación, necesaria para domar la siempre robusta estructura tánica, seguida de una crianza tradicional en barricas de roble de 225 litros.
