O Soalheiro Granit revela el lado más mineral de la variedad Alvarinho. Es un Alvarinho que proviene de una selección específica de viñedos plantados por encima de los 200 metros de altitud, revelando la mineralidad que relaciona el suelo de origen granítico del terroir de Monção y Melgaço con la variedad Alvarinho, mejorado con la batonnage y la crianza sobre lías finas. La fermentación ocurre en tanques de acero inoxidable a una temperatura más alta que la habitual en vinos blancos, mostrando un aroma elegante y más mineral con un final seco y persistente.
