El Vino Verde Quintas de Melgaço Alvarinho y Chardonnay está hecho exclusivamente con uvas de las variedades Alvarinho y Chardonnay, dos de las variedades blancas más nobles del mundo. Vinificación: Prensado suave y decantación de 72 horas a una temperatura controlada entre 8ºC - 16ºC. Fermentación en barricas usadas con control de temperatura entre 16ºC - 18ºC. Crianza: en barricas de roble francés durante 18 meses con movimiento regular de las lías durante los meses de crianza.
