Vinificación del Vino Ribeiro Santo Grande Elección Tinto: Las uvas fueron totalmente despalilladas para pequeños lagares de acero inoxidable, donde maceraron 24h a baja temperatura, antes de iniciar la fermentación alcohólica, con levaduras seleccionadas y temperatura controlada. La fermentación alcohólica duró alrededor de 15 días, con pisado a pie para una buena extracción de color y aromas. Tras la fermentación, se trasvasó a barricas nuevas de roble francés, donde permaneció 14 meses hasta el embotellado y después del embotellado permaneció un mínimo de 6 meses en botella en bodega fresca.
