Elaborado a partir de las variedades de uva Tinta Roriz y Tinta Amarela, Cota 600 envejecido en barricas nuevas de roble francés de 500 litros. El tinto, “de textura transparente”, para consumir fresco (entre 14 y 16 grados), tiene graduación alcohólica y contenido calórico. por debajo de la media y es una prueba de la “excepcionalidad” de los vinos que proceden de viñedos de altura, en este caso, a los 600 metros de altitud, en la meseta de Alijó.

En boca presenta buena estructura, frescura, taninos suaves y mucha armonía. Es sabroso y jugoso, con un final medio, pero de persistencia.
Fruta evidente, algunas pasadas y especias suaves.
