Vinificación del Vino Beyra Grande Reserva Tinto Magnum: Vendimia manual, recepción con despalillado total y trituración inmediata. Fermentación entre 22 - 26 ºC durante aproximadamente 7 días con maceración suave en cubas de cemento, maceración utilizando la técnica clásica de “delestage”, alrededor de 3 a 4 por fermentación, fermentación maloláctica en barricas usadas.

Entrada dulce en boca, con gran volumen, se sienten las notas vibrantes de frutas y especias que sentimos en nariz, con taninos muy voluminosos y suaves, con un final largo y persistente.
Aroma explosivo, muy intenso, frutas silvestres y especias con intensas notas de regaliz en perfecto equilibrio con discretas notas de barrica, tostados y vainilla.
