El BORGES CXL se produce a partir de las mejores parcelas de Touriga Nacional, provenientes de la Quinta da Soalheira, en el Douro, y de la Quinta de São Simão da Aguieira, en el Dão.VINIFICACIÓN Y ENVEJECIMIENTO:Despalillado total de las uvas. Breve maceración pre-fermentativa seguida de fermentación en maceración de 6-8 días a temperatura controlada de 26-28ºC con remontajes relativamente frecuentes. Tras la fermentación alcohólica se realizó la separación del vino de las masas con las que fermentó y se llevó a cabo la fermentación maloláctica. Todo el vino maduró en barricas de roble francés de 225 y 300 litros durante 18 meses de media. Cada barrica que compone el vino Borges TN TN 140 fue seleccionada intencionadamente por cada característica única de la variedad y del año.

Límpido de color rubí profundo.
En boca se muestra poderoso, intenso, pero delicado. Revela taninos bien presentes con una acidez perfecta, formando un conjunto sin igual, rico, completo, con excelente volumen. El final es largo, elegante, envolvente con una longevidad y potencial de guarda sorprendente. Así es una experiencia y descubrimiento organoléptico, constituyendo un verdadero néctar, reflejando el alma de las dos regiones de origen, transformándolo en un vino singular e irrepetible.
Aroma muy intenso y joven, aliado a un perfil aromático seductor. Se destacan deliciosas notas de fruta viva, envueltas por otras de compota casera de fruta roja, sutilmente casadas con un delicioso aroma a vainilla y especias.
