Vinificación del Vino Boa Vista Reserva Tinto de 3 Litros: vendimia manual. Selección manual de racimos. Despalillado y suave trituración de las bayas. Como depósitos de fermentación, los tradicionales lagares de granito con pisado a pie, cubas de fermentación en inox y para los pequeños lotes, contenedores en pvc alimentario o fermentación en barricas nuevas de madera francesa de 500 litros. Cada uno de estos tipos de fermentación confiere al vino un estilo particular. Como filosofía de vinificación tenemos solo una: extraer de forma suave todas las características de las uvas. Crianza: 100% en barricas de roble francés de diferentes tonelerías y con diferentes tipos de tuestes. Tras una crianza que varía entre los 15 y 20 meses, se procedió a la formación de los diferentes lotes.

Estructura presente pero muy delicada, una vez más apoyada en la fracción aromática que crea un perfil de vino de gran elegancia y presencia en boca. Final muy largo con enorme potencial de envejecimiento.
Profundo, revelador de una inmensa complejidad para su corta edad. El componente aromático del vino demuestra maestría en integrarse con los aromas provenientes de la crianza en barrica. Destaca la inmensa paleta de frutas rojas y negras (fresas, moras, frambuesas), notas florales (violetas y flores del campo) y notas especiadas.
