Vinificación del Aguardiente Adega Velha 30 Años: las uvas, seleccionadas por su alta acidez y bajo contenido de azúcares, son el origen de un vino ligero y equilibrado. El vino es posteriormente sometido a dos destilaciones lentas y cuidadosas en alambique Charentais, traído de la Región de Cognac en Francia. Tras el proceso de destilación, el Aguardiente se somete a un envejecimiento en barricas de roble francés, procedentes de la región de Limousin, teniendo el lote final una edad media de 30 años de envejecimiento.
