TR3SMANO (Tresmano) Proventus Tinto100% Tinta del País. Todas as nossas vinhas são de Tinta del País, também conhecida como Tempranillo (Aragonez). Estão localizadas na zona de Peñafiel, a uma altitude de cerca de 750 m, e nas zonas de Roa e Olmedillo, a aproximadamente 850 m. Os solos são de cascalho e areia em torno de Peñafiel, e de argila e calcário em Olmedillo.Vinificação: Vindima manual em pequenas caixas. Seleção rigorosa dos cachos na mesa de triagem. A fermentação foi realizada com cachos inteiros em depósitos de aço inoxidável. O vinho estagiou durante 12 meses em barricas de carvalho francês.

É um vinho saboroso e sedoso que funde os toques frescos da fruta com as notas tostadas de uma madeira irrepreensível. Estrutura e equilíbrio adequados, com taninos maduros e arredondados. Boa acidez e persistência na boca.
No nariz, apresenta aromas intensos de frutos vermelhos e flores azuis: violetas. Tudo bem integrado com os aromas característicos do estágio em madeira. Aromaticamente, é um vinho muito atrativo.
