La Quinta dos Aciprestes rodea el río Duero con sus suaves laderas, en un área totalmente replantada con las variedades más nobles de la Región Demarcada del Duero. Situadas entre las subregiones de Cima-Corgo y Alto Duero, sus viñedos se benefician de un microclima que ofrece condiciones ideales para la maduración de las uvas. Vinificación del Vino Quinta dos Aciprestes Gran Reserva Tinto: La fermentación y maceración se realiza en tanques de acero inoxidable con control de temperatura. El 50% del vino envejece en barricas nuevas de roble francés durante un período de 18 meses, en las mejores condiciones para el envejecimiento.
