O Pequeno Dilema Branco 2020 é uma elegante proposta da Symington Family Estates (Douro DOC), resultante de um blend de castas autóctones vindimadas nas vinhas de alta altitude Tapadinha (580 m) e Chões (520 m). Apresenta uma tonalidade palha dourada com reflexos esverdeados; o aroma revela cremosidade com baunilha, flor de madressilva, tosta e fruta branca (limão, toranja). No paladar, destaca-se pela frescura vibrante, acidez cítrica bem integrada e textura cremosa, culminando num final longo marcado por pimenta branca e noz‑moscada. Produzido em edição limitada de apenas 5 mil garrafas, é ideal para acompanhar peixe mais rico ou pratos suaves, estando pronto a consumir, embora beneficie de leve envelhecimento.
