Esta aguardiente resulta de una cuidadosa selección de las mejores aguardientes vínicas obtenidas por métodos tradicionales y de un envejecimiento en madera de roble que resume la tradición de más de 75 años de las Caves da Cerca en la producción y envejecimiento de aguardientes de excepción. El envejecimiento se realiza en una combinación perfecta de barricas nuevas y usadas de roble Ibérico, Francés y Americano con varios tipos de grano y diferentes tipos de tostado. El tiempo de envejecimiento permite obtener un producto rico, delicado, suave y complejo.
