Aguardiente bagaceira producida a partir de la destilación de orujos frescos seleccionados poco después de la vendimia. El proceso utilizado para la extracción del alcohol es la destilación por stripping, haciendo pasar vapor a través de las masas (semillas y pieles) que quedan del proceso de fermentación de los vinos. Tras la destilación de varios lotes, los aguardientes son seleccionados, preparados y embotellados de forma que se obtenga un producto con armonía y equilibrio. La frescura y complejidad de este aguardiente hacen que sea una excelente opción como digestivo, que puede disfrutarse solo o junto con un buen café expreso.
