En boca es satinado y largo. En el paladar, tras una sensación de frutos secos, como la almendra y la avellana, sigue una sorprendente y agradable frescura causada por sabores de naturaleza etérea, culminando con un sabor licoroso.
Aroma de admirable elegancia. Al principio, es cálido, encantador, destacándose ya los aromas a vainilla y frutos secos, producto de su envejecimiento. Con el agitar de la copa, sobresalen aromas de especias como canela y cacao.
