Vinificación del Porto Kopke Colheita 2014: Vendimiadas a mano en el momento ideal, las uvas son despalilladas, aplastadas y transformadas en vino a través de un proceso de maceración cuidadosa para extraer su color, taninos y aromas, realzados por la constante agitación durante la fermentación. Esta se lleva a cabo en cubas (lagares) a temperatura controlada (entre 28-30°C) hasta alcanzar el grado de dulzura adecuado (Baume). En este punto, se añade aguardiente de uva para crear el vino fortificado final. Un vino de gran calidad, hecho de una sola cosecha. Un vino Colheita envejece en barricas de roble por períodos de tiempo que pueden variar, pero nunca inferiores a 7 años. Luego se embotella y se vende de acuerdo con las exigencias del mercado.

En boca es intenso y lleno de sabores, donde los sabores más dulces se combinan con notas de frutos secos y algo de pimienta blanca. Retrogusto fresco e intenso.
Nariz rica e intensa donde se combinan los aromas de fruta madura con notas de frutos secos y especias.
