Perfil fresco y rico, con notas de complejidad provenientes de su edad. El lote integra vinos con una media de 10 años de edad. Vinificación del Porto Borges Soalheira 10 Años Blanco: tras la recepción de las uvas, que deben llegar a la bodega en perfectas condiciones, se realiza su trituración y despalillado. El mosto proveniente de las uvas prensadas se enfría a 8-12 °C y se decanta. Tras la decantación, se inicia la fermentación con control de temperatura (12-14 °C). Después de la fermentación, se procede a la aguardentación añadiendo aguardiente vínico al 77% v/v. El envejecimiento se lleva a cabo en toneles de pequeña capacidad y barricas de madera (pipás y medias pipás).
