Perfil fresco y rico, con notas de complejidad provenientes de su edad. El lote integra vinos con una media de 10 años de edad. Vinificación del Porto Borges Soalheira 10 Años Tawny: A posteriori de la recepción de las uvas, que deben llegar a la bodega en perfectas condiciones, se lleva a cabo su trituración y despalillado. Fermentan de 3 a 4 días con las pieles, regularmente sumergidas por remontajes, para una mayor extracción de color y aromas. A continuación, se separan las pieles del mosto y en este se añade aguardiente vínico al 77% v/v, para que el vino presente 19,5% de alcohol y 90 a 120 g/l de azúcares reductores de la propia uva. El envejecimiento se lleva a cabo en toneles de pequeña capacidad y barricas de madera (pipás y medias pipas).
