Perfil afrutado e intenso. Vino producido de una única cosecha destacada por su excelente calidad. Vinificación del Porto Borges LBV 2019: se trata de un vino de calidad muy noble. Las uvas fueron transportadas en cajas de 20 kg para que lleguen en perfectas condiciones. Tras la recepción de las uvas, se realiza su trituración con despalillado parcial. Fermentan de 3 a 4 días en lagares con pisado a pie para una mayor extracción de color y aromas. En el momento adecuado se lleva a cabo la separación de las pieles del mosto y en este se añade aguardiente vínico al 77 % vol para que se termine la fermentación. Luego el vino estagia entre 4 a 6 años antes del embotellado para completar su evolución en botella.

Presenta una acidez equilibrada, taninos maduros bien integrados en su volumen y cuerpo, que en su conjunto, contribuyen a un final persistente, armonioso y elegante.
Aroma intenso y concentrado, con una enorme complejidad dominada por los aromas de fruta negra madura, como ciruela y moras.
