Varias parcelas de viñedos situadas muy cerca del mar en la propiedad de la Fajã dos Padres, situada en la costa sur de Madeira, parroquia de Quinta Grande. En 2006 hice mi primera vendimia con las uvas recogidas en la Fajã dos Padres. Vinificado por el método de bica abierta, en prensa continua, este vino envejeció durante sus primeros cuatro años en el almacén D (más cálido). Para preservar la elegancia del vino, en 2011 trasladé el casco al Almacén E (más fresco), donde permaneció hasta su embotellado. En septiembre de 2023 se embotellaron 1170 unidades, todas individualmente numeradas.

Redondo y lleno en boca, acidez firme bien presente equilibrando todo el paladar. Sabor meloso picante y una frescura que perdura en un final untuoso y persistente.
Bouquet intenso, notas dulces, uva pasa, nuez moscada, caramelo, membrillo e higos maduros.
