Vinificación del Vino Vallado Touriga Nacional Tinto 2020: Las uvas fueron vinificadas en cubas de 5 000kg y 10 000kg de acero inoxidable con temperatura controlada y remontaje programado. Estadio: después de la fermentación maloláctica, todos los vinos fueron trasegados a barricas de 225 Lts de roble francés donde permanecen durante aproximadamente 16 meses.
