Vinificación del Vino Tinto Ribeiro Santo Encruzado y Touriga Nacional 2014: Uvas Encruzado cosechadas por separado de Touriga Nacional – todo el proceso se realizó de forma individual. La mezcla determina el porcentaje de cada una de las variedades de uva: 15% Encruzado y 85% Touriga Nacional. Cosecha manual. Despalillado total. Maceración prolongada en depósito de acero inoxidable. Fermentación alcohólica con levaduras autóctonas a temperatura controlada durante 20 días. Paso del pie. Decantación en barricas nuevas de roble francés de 225L durante 12 meses. Después del envejecimiento se procedió al ensamblaje.
Color rojo claro con matices parduscos, casi terracota.
En boca es muy elegante, con una fuerte acidez, taninos muy pulidos y un final largo y mineral.
Aroma delicado que combina notas de frutos rojos con matices de té y especias.
