Vinificación del Vino Tinto Quinta das Murças Reserva 2016: Vendimia manual, mesa de selección, despalillado, estrujado, fermentación alcohólica con levaduras autóctonas a temperatura controlada (25º a 28ºC) en molinos de granito mediante pisada y prensado en antigua prensa vertical.Envejecimiento: En barricas usadas de roble francés durante 12 meses.

Firme y concentrado, con una acidez muy presente y equilibrada, tiene taninos maduros bien implicados en su cuerpo y volumen. Presenta un final largo y persistente, dominado por notas frutales, donde destaca su equilibrio y elegancia.
Aroma complejo, fresco y elegante, dominado por frutas negras, aromas balsámicos, como la jara, y notas especiadas procedentes de su crianza en barrica.
