Elaborado a partir de la variedad Alvarinho, proveniente de viñedos de Melgaço, este vino maceró y fermentó con los hollejos durante aproximadamente 30 días, con posterior crianza con las lías totales durante 18 meses, en barricas de Jerez, con velo de flor. Crianza de 18 meses en botella. Se trata de un vino con carácter fuerte, intenso, complejo y rústico.
