Vinificación del Vino Esporão Colheita Tinto: Inicio de la co-fermentación de las uvas en lagares, con pisado a pie, a temperaturas controladas (22 a 25 C), terminando en cubas de hormigón. La maduración, tras la fermentación maloláctica, ocurrió en las mismas cubas de hormigón, durante 6 meses. Las condiciones de microoxigenación, únicas de este tipo de depósito, buscan respetar el carácter del vino.
