Este vino tuvo origen en una parcela de viña de la variedad Baga, sometida a prácticas culturales muy rigurosas, en la desafiante campaña de 2014. Las uvas fueron vendimiadas manualmente y cuidadosamente vinificadas con maceración completa, en lagar con pisador neumático. Tras la fermentación maloláctica, el vino envejeció durante 12 meses en barricas de roble francés, y seguidamente 18 meses en cuba de cemento, como siempre ha sido tradición en nuestra casa. Fue embotellado, sin someterse a ningún tratamiento clarificante o estabilizante, en 2017.

Hermosa estructura, frescura y longitud en boca. Percepción de las sensaciones aromáticas, sentidas en la olfacción nasal directa. Taninos presentes, pero bien domados. Gran capacidad de envejecimiento.
Muy fino y elegante, con notas de eucalipto, resinas, frutos negros, higo seco, heno y especias, típicas de esta variedad.
