Callabriga es un vino tinto del Douro de perfil contemporáneo, intenso y elegante, creado para reflejar la versatilidad y la actualidad apasionante de los vinos del Douro. Callabriga es uno de los vinos más innovadores de Casa Ferreirinha, la marca con mayor tradición en vinos de calidad en el Douro y una de sus mayores referencias mundiales. Se vinifica en la bodega de Quinta da Leda, a partir de uvas provenientes de parcelas localizadas en la Quinta y de viñas limítrofes. Se eligen uvas con maduración equilibrada, consecuencia de un ciclo vegetativo favorable. Tras el despalillado y suave estrujado, las uvas son dirigidas a cubas de inox y/o lagares, donde se procede a maceraciones prolongadas. Se pretende con esta tecnología que los constituyentes de la calidad, presentes en las pieles de las uvas maduras, pasen así suavemente al vino.
