Sandeman Porto Tawny 20 Años se elabora según el método tradicional del Vino de Oporto. Las uvas seleccionadas se despalillan y estrujan antes de la fermentación, bajo temperatura controlada, con maceración de pieles para extraer los mejores componentes. La adición de alcohol vínico en el momento ideal establece el equilibrio entre cuerpo y bouquet del vino. Este momento es elegido por el enólogo, tras un estricto control de temperaturas y densidades de fermentación, en función de la variedad de uva, estado de maduración y dulzor final deseado.
Ámbar dorado con reflejos caoba
Es un vino de gran riqueza, con una elegante combinación de sabores -albaricoque, miel, frutos secos, vainilla, caramelo- que crean un vino muy complejo que se abre suavemente y se desarrolla en boca.
